Participation in the arts strengthens skills in math, reading, critical thinking, communication, and creativity, while also boosting motivation, confidence, focus, and teamwork.

Program Instruction and Support: Program instruction involves providing curriculum and teaching students skills in disciplines like dance and music, theater, and visual arts, focusing on creating, performing, responding, and connecting through these arts. Program support includes providing funding, materials, mentorship, technical assistance, and outreach to ensure wide reach and community engagement.
Academic Resources and Materials: Digital collections like plays, scores, and video performances, supplemented by educational materials, lesson plans, and online databases for research and instruction, which can be traditional and modern.
Administrative Support & Janitorial: Involves tasks like office management, (correspondence, scheduling, and managing database), marketing, budgeting, and coordinating events; while janitorial services focus on maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility and setting up and tearing down spaces for the events.
- Costumes: Providing and maintaining high-quality attire to ensure every performance is visually stunning and authentic.
- Stage Props: Enhancing our stage for storytelling, singing, dancing, and musicals, bringing each production to life.
- Dance Equipment: Supplying and maintaining vital equipment—barres, mirrors, mats, lighting equipment, movable items like sound systems and special effect machinery as well as floor coverings—to create a safe, inspiring space for dance instruction.
